Of good consistency in the glass, it has an intense light pink color, tending to copper.
On the nose it releases notes of fruit such as strawberry, lichy and white apple, which close with a spicy and peppery touch.
In the mouth it is dry, on average warm and soft, characterized by excellent freshness and a good final savory note. The taste, rich and fruity, is very reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry and small berries jam, with a slight spicy nuance. The finish is pleasantly taut and vibrant, but not overly persistent.
A rosé that lends itself well to being consumed throughout the meal, both to accompany fish-based first and second courses, preferably with a tasty condiment, and in combination with white meats and poultry. Also try with a platter of soft cheeses, accompanied with fruit jams.
